Cittadella

Cittadella. Circumference of the wall is only about a mile, so the town is very very small!

The best thing about living in Italy is that we get to deeply experience this truly beautiful country. We get to see this place during all four seasons. We get to exchange frequently with the Italian people. And best of all, we get to explore the unique cities that most tourists haven't even heard of, let alone make their way out to travel to them. Cittadella is one of those unique cities that is unmarked on the tourist's map, but was fun for me and Dallin to visit on a sunny Saturday.

Cittadella is just about a 30 minute drive northeast of our house in Vicenza. It's a unique city because it is completely enveloped by an ancient protective wall. It is a very small town, but so cute because it is all squished together within the wall. Dallin and I walked on top of the wall, around the town then through the town on the main street. It was a very nice and picturesque walk!
